Shirley Hailstock

Shirley Hailstock is the author of African American and Multicultural romances. She served as president of Romance Writers of America.
In 2008, Shirley Hailstock was awarded the Pinnacle, the highest honor bestowed by Fairleigh Dickinson University on its alumni. Hailstock is also a recipient of the Emma Merritt Award.
