California-born author Stef Ann Holm makes her home in Idaho. She is the author of over 20 historical and contemporary romances. She sold her first novel in 1987. She is a USA TODAY and Waldenbooks best-selling author.

She was nominated for a 2007 RITA in the Best Contemporary Single Title category for her novel Lucy Gets Her Life Back. She was also nominated for a RITA for her novel Hooked.
