Biography
Simone Elkeles was a 2008 RITA® finalist in the RITA®: Young Adult category with her novel Leaving Paradise. Simone Elkeles earned a Master's of Science degree in Industrial Relations from Loyola University-Chicago. She was named "Illinois Author of the Year" by the Illinois Association of Teachers of English.
